Georgina Read BA (Hons), MCIPD

Georgina has extensive experience working across healthcare and manufacturing, priding herself on providing straightforward, effective HR advice to our customers. She always takes time to understand the company and challenges ahead so that her advice is tailored to provide options and move the business forward. 

Working across the whole HR spectrum, Georgina has delivered high profile NHS change projects, including complex TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) arrangements, and large scale redundancies. She has successfully closed challenging employee relations cases and put into action effective training programmes to enhance line manager’s people skills.

Kirsty Burgess BA (Hons), MCIPD

Kirsty has widespread operational HR experience working within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. She believes employees can be the biggest asset a company has, but they can equally be the biggest challenge. Kirsty prides herself in her ability to resolve those challenges and partners with our clients to ensure that they get their desired results.

Working in both unionised and non-unionised environments she has supported organisations through both growth and downsizing, which has involved tough negotiations to harmonise or change terms and conditions of employment, managing redundancy processes and large scale recruitment.

Kirsty has developed HR policies and practices within organisations, which have delivered cost savings, and understands that HR must strive to continuously improve and add to the bottom line.
